About At the Edge of Enough
Redefine what’s possible: one belief, one action, one moment at a time.
At the Edge of Enough, we believe growth begins where perfection ends. Built on the principles Tyler and Mary Byrd have learned through thousands of hours of clinical therapy, our mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations perform at their best. This happens not by chasing “more,” but by discovering the power of enough. Through our book, courses, and community, we teach practical tools to build confidence, strengthen mindset, and live with purpose.
Because when you live at the edge of enough, you stop settling for ordinary and start outperforming it.

Tyler Byrd, LIMHP
Serving his community since 2013, Tyler Byrd has dedicated his career to helping individuals bridge the gap between how they think and how they live. As the author of At The Edge of Enough: Outperforming the Ordinary, Tyler brings a fresh perspective to personal growth. One that is rooted in mindset, emotional awareness, and the belief that “the body achieves what the mind believes.”
With a background as a collegiate athlete and over a decade of experience as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Tyler blends evidence-based mental training with real-world performance principles. His practice focuses on helping youth, athletes, and professionals connect thought to action, build emotional resilience, and rediscover confidence in their own process.
Through his work in therapy, coaching, and community presentations across Omaha schools and organizations, Tyler continues to empower others to find balance, purpose, and their own edge of enough.
